  • Tuen ja sparrauksen jokaisessa vaiheessa
  • Lopussa yhteenveto ja seuraavat askeleet, joilla jatkat itsenäisesti

   

 

Coaching:

• 8 x 60-minute one-to-one coaching sessions (online or in person)
• An initial life assessment and goal-setting plan
• Practical exercises and reflections to turn change into action
• Ongoing support and guidance every step of the way
• A closing summary and clear next steps to continue independently
